IDJNOW now processes tax exempt requests through our secure exemption portal. Please make sure you have an IDJNOW customer account before applying.

Create an IDJNOW Account
If you do not already have an IDJNOW account, please create one first using your organization’s email address.

Apply for Tax Exempt Status
After your account is created, or if you already have an IDJNOW account, complete the exemption application and provide the required documentation.

Wait for Approval
Once your exemption is reviewed and approved, eligible purchases made under the approved account can be processed tax exempt.
Please complete the tax exempt approval process before placing an order when possible. If tax is still showing at checkout, contact us before submitting your order.
