Orders of qualifying items over $100 qualify for Free Economy Shipping within the lower 48 United States. If eligible, “Free Economy” will appear as the default shipping option during checkout.

Some exclusions apply, including oversized, heavyweight, special-order, restricted, freight-shipped, or special-care items. For these items, available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

About Economy: Free Economy shipments are fulfilled using the most efficient carrier option available based on your location and item type. This may include postal, parcel, or regional carriers. Economy is not a specific carrier or guaranteed service level such as Ground.

If an order that originally shipped free is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refused or undeliverable shipments may also incur return shipping charges under our Return Policy.

Shipping Timeframes

Most in-stock products ship the same day whenever possible. Some in-stock items may ship from alternate warehouses or require additional handling, so exact ship timing can vary by item, warehouse location, carrier pickup, and order review.

Some products may display a “Ships in” timeframe. When shown, this represents the expected handling period before the item leaves the warehouse. This handling period should be added to the selected delivery method’s transit estimate to understand the total expected delivery time. Any applicable “Ships in” timing is shown in the cart and at final checkout.

Orders placed later in the business day, on weekends, or during high-volume periods may take additional time to process and ship. Available shipping options and estimated timing are shown at checkout.

• Standard: Up to 5 Business Days. A reliable option for larger or heavier items where other shipping choices may not apply.

Note: Not all shipping methods are available for every order. Options shown at checkout depend on destination, order contents, item availability, warehouse location, and carrier availability. Weather delays, carrier exceptions, inventory transfers, special handling requirements, holidays, or major sales events may affect total delivery time.

• Standard (Up to 5 Business Days): A reliable option for larger or heavier items where other shipping choices may not apply. Provides consistent delivery timing and straightforward handling.
• Expedited (Up to 5 Business Days): Faster than Economy, providing earlier arrival without premium express costs.
• Express (2–3 Business Days): Prioritized service designed for faster delivery windows.
• Immediate (1–2 Business Days): Our quickest available option for urgent deliveries requiring the shortest possible transit time.
• Freight (Up to 7 Business Days): Reserved for large, heavy, fragile, oversized, or special-care items requiring palletized handling. Delivery is typically made by appointment.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your selected method, item size, weight, destination, and applicable handling requirements. Any free shipping offers, promotions, applicable “Ships in” timing, and available delivery methods will be displayed in the cart and at final checkout before completing your purchase.

Upgraded Delivery

Upgraded delivery options such as Expedited, Express, and Immediate are available on most items. Transit times represent business days (Monday–Friday) after the item ships and exclude weekends and holidays. Signature Requirements & Undeliverable Shipments

For security purposes, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will attempt delivery multiple times before marking the package as undeliverable. Once all attempts are exhausted, the shipment may be returned to IDJNOW and processed according to our Return Policy. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive deliveries.

International Shipping

Duties and Taxes

International shipments are charged according to weight, size, service level, and destination. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may be collected by your local authorities or carrier upon delivery. These fees are not included in our checkout pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Refused Orders & Restrictions

Items refused at delivery, returned due to customs issues, or restricted by local import rules may incur all associated shipping charges to and from the destination. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are permissible for import to their location. Confiscated or restricted items are non-refundable.
