We will gladly accept your qualifying return or exchange within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Item(s) must be packaged within a separate shipping box
- Item(s) must be received in “Like New” condition
- Item(s) must include all original packaging, manuals, components, etc.
- Item(s) that do not meet these guidelines are subject a restocking fee of up to 25%
- Item(s) that are opened or have been used are also subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%
For your convenience, you will be issued a printable, pre-paid shipping label for returns within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Once we receive your return and have validated the defect we will exchange the defective product for a brand new one, or will issue a refund should you choose to decline replacement.
All items will be inspected (serial numbers as well) and thoroughly tested by a technician upon arrival back to I DJ NOW. The customer will be fully responsible for all shipping costs, including return labels sent for items claimed to be damaged, defective or Dead on arrival which are found to be in full working order and/or do not match the damage originally described.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you have received an item that you're dissatisfied with and wish to exchange or return your product for a refund you will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the transportation cost of returning the item back to I DJ NOW as well as the cost incurred to initially have your package shipped as part of a free shipping promotion. The initial outgoing shipping is free if you keep the item purchased only. Any such costs will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the item and have thoroughly inspected your product a representative from our customer service team will contact you.
I DJ NOW does not pay any postage (Incoming or outgoing, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees) on International returns, exchanges or defective item replacements. All transportation costs including taxes, duties, additional charges, VAT's and/or brokerage fees will solely be the buyer's responsibility.
The following items are ineligible for return and will be sent back at your expense if received by I DJ NOW:
- Items returned without all original packaging and components, including the retail box, manuals, cables, etc.
- Items used by mouth or ear due to sanitary issues, including but not limited to: headphones, ear buds, microphones, etc.
- Open software or digital media including but not limited to: control CD's, vinyl, software plug ins/upgrades/installers. Fluids such as fog, haze, bubble, snow, cables, needles and cartridges, plasma and LED screens (Video walls), bulbs, clothing, jewelry, stage products (Platforms & risers).
When Returning a product you must have a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization) # issued by I DJ NOW. You can obtain this by contacting I DJ NOW Customer Service.
When shipping items back to our warehouse please use the carrier of your choice, be sure to fully insure the shipment and address the package as follows:

We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. I DJ NOW is not responsible for any returns damaged or lost in transit. Return Policy for Leases
Orders made with I DJ NOW and funded via a “Lease” are considered to be a final sale.
You should be sure you know the exact equipment you want to order as once a transaction has been processed as a “Lease", we are unable to make any changes to either the items or quantities.
In the event a product is defective or damaged in transit please notify I DJ NOW within 2 business days of receipt and arrangements will be made to exchange the equipment in question for the exact model number only.
How To Handle Your Return
Simply contact a Customer Support Representative Monday thru Friday from 10am to 5pm EST and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) after you've completed our RMA Authorization Form via email. We will not accept any return without an RMA # authorized from I DJ NOW.
PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO WRITE ON OR MARK THE ORIGINAL BOX OF THE PRODUCT. ALL PRODUCTS SHOULD BE BOXED IN ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX FOR RETURN.

Orders from qualified businesses, educational and government institutions are accepted. All Purchase Orders are verified and confirmed with the appropriate purchasing departments. Original Purchase Order is required with an authorized signature, and an itemized equipment list indicating a specific pricing of each unit as well as order number. We reserve the right to refuse any Purchase Orders not conforming to our policies. Please call our representatives for assistance prior to placing an order with a Purchase Order for freight fees.

Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount including gift card offers. This also includes the value of our Free Shipping promotion if the item is returned for credit. Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Any product for which a mail-in rebate has already been submitted is ineligible for a return.
We ship internationally and help Consumers and Businesses overcome the obstacles associated with international E-Commerce shipments and orders. We ship to many countries and make sure your orders are processed and shipped timely.
Duties and Taxes:
All International shipments are charged according to weight, size and destination. Our pricing will not include customs fees, tariffs or taxes, which may be charged depending upon your destination.
Customers are responsible for these fees upon delivery to your country regardless of the carrier selected for your shipment. In the event of questions regarding these fees you must contact the carrier directly as I DJ NOW has no control over fees that certain destinations may charge.
Returns or Refused orders: items returned to us due to the customer refusing the delivery or for items not permitted by a country by customs will result in the customer being responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery point. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the order he/she is placing in permitted in the country. Customer is responsible for items confiscated by customs and no credit will be issued.
U.S. Power / Voltage and Product Defects: Products are U.S. models and may have power/voltage requirements different from that of the destination country. We make no claims that items purchased at IDJNOW will work in your country and can not be held responsible if they do not. Items purchased and sent outside of the United States are not covered by our defect free guarantee due to various issues associated with outside countries. If you receive a defective item it will be your responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly and work through the associated warranty if applicable, covering all costs associated. By purchasing from IDJNOW you acknowledge all posted International guidelines and policies henceforth.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address.
