The ZM 2124 model is the main unit of the system, which includes a preamplifier with 6 zone selection and a 240 W integrated amplifier. It is mainly indicated for small systems with limited power requirements for each zone. It has input connectors for the signal sources and is able to manage the priority, as well as the sorting of the two buses towards the system zones. It includes an output level control for each of the 6 zones, served by the 240 W internal amplifier. An additional external amplifier is required to maintain background music in areas not affected by the announcements.

RCF ZM 2124 Mixer/Amplifier Master Unit Features:

  • Double-bus system architecture.
  • System of announcements able to receive the signal of up to 6 devices with selective call connected in cascade, with aux input and general emergency input with priority on the primary bus.
  • 4 inputs (2 microphones and 2 universal), 3 aux inputs selectable with independent volume and tone controls and configurable priority on the secondary bus.
  • 240W constant voltage power amplifier, with VU-meter for output signal level and overload indicator.
  • Input for an external auxiliary amplifier and output terminals to independently manage the primary and secondary buses.
  • Volume attenuators and selectors with indicators, useful for sending or not sending the secondary bus program (eg music) to each of the 6 speaker output lines.
  • Connection of up to eight ZE 2200 expansion units from 6 zones, thus enabling the creation of ad systems with over 50 zones.
  • Remote control of the dedicated wall-mountable system, which allows managing the main controls available on the master unit.
  • Priority indicator to signal the triggering of any system priority circuit.
  • Selectable tone generator available for announcements.
