Most items on IDJNOW qualify for Free Economy Shipping within the lower 48 United States. If an item qualifies, “Free Economy” will appear as the default shipping option during checkout.

Some exclusions apply, including oversized, heavyweight, special-order, or restricted items. For these, available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

About Economy: Free Economy shipments are fulfilled using the most efficient carrier option available based on your location and item type. This may include postal, parcel, or regional carriers.

If an order that originally shipped free is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refused or undeliverable shipments are also subject to return shipping charges.

Shipping Timeframes

Most in-stock orders ship the same business day. Orders placed later in the business day, on weekends, or during high-volume periods may take additional time to process and ship.

Delivery times depend on the method selected at checkout:

• Economy: Up to 7 Business Days (Free for qualifying items)
• Expedited: Up to 5 Business Days
• Express: 2–3 Business Days
• Immediate: 1–2 Business Days
• Freight: Up to 7 Business Days (Oversized or special-care shipments)

Note: Weather delays, carrier exceptions, or inventory transfers between warehouses may affect total delivery time. During holidays or major sales events, carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

• Economy (Up to 7 Business Days): A cost-effective shipping method using the most efficient carrier and route available. Economy shipments may travel by postal, parcel, or regional delivery services.
• Expedited (Up to 5 Business Days): Faster than Economy, providing earlier arrival without premium express costs.
• Express (2–3 Business Days): Prioritized service designed for faster delivery windows.
• Immediate (1–2 Business Days): Our quickest available option for urgent deliveries requiring the shortest possible transit time.
• Freight (Up to 7 Business Days): Reserved for large, heavy, or fragile items requiring palletized or special-care handling. Delivery is typically made by appointment.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your selected method, item size, weight, and destination. Any free shipping offers or promotions will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Upgraded Delivery

Upgraded delivery options such as Expedited, Express, and Immediate are available on most items. Transit times represent business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays. Signature Requirements & Undeliverable Shipments

For security purposes, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. Carriers will make multiple delivery attempts before marking a package as undeliverable. Once all attempts are exhausted, the order may be returned to IDJNOW and processed according to our Return Policy. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive deliveries.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations and work with trusted global carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Processing and transit times vary by region and chosen service level.

Duties and Taxes

International shipments are charged according to weight, size, and destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged by your local authorities upon delivery. These fees are not included in our checkout pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns or Refused Orders

Items refused at delivery or returned due to import restrictions will incur all associated shipping charges to and from the destination. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are permissible for import to their location. Confiscated or restricted items are non-refundable.
