D.A.S. Audio GUIL ULK-650XL 882 LB Max Load Portable Lifting Tower by GUIL - 21' Max Height

Lifting Tower designed to lift loads of up to 400 kg (882 lb) up to a maximum height of 6.5 m (21.32 ft). Lifting towers developed for loading heavy weights at a great height. Its user friendly, compact design and great strength, make the ULK Lift an ideal complement for any kind of event. To ease its horizontal movement and its loading in vehicles, the ULK Towers have four heavy-duty wheels (Ø 150 mm): two of them placed in the base and another two under the brake winch which also protect the winch against damage. Its four detachable stabiliser legs, manufactured with reinforced steel, come complete with leveller screw jacks that have reinforced nylon injection moulded spin handles (ergonomic design) with double thread and speed which facilitates the levelling task. Their non-slip foot plates ensure a perfect adjustment of the tower to the floor surface.

The Lifting Tower consists of extruded aluminium mast sections (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6). These sturdy sections are extended by means of pulleys with ball bearing and a non-rotating Ø6 mm galvanised steel rope (Construction: 7×19+0), specially manufactured for lifting heavy loads, (DIN 3060). The mast sections are secured to the base with a "U" shaped steel plate which is larger and thicker than most. ULK 650XL Lifting towers are fitted with detachable 650 x 60 x 60 mm steel forks and have a loading height of 30 cm from the floor which makes its loading effortless. Comes with magnetic locking bolts for a quick set-up.

• Consists of an internal pendulum system that is automatically activated on each mast section if they were to suddenly fall, which can be easily unblocked by a trigger on each profile.
• ULK towers are equipped with the MSU system (Mast Section Unblocking system)
• Special levers on each mast section to unblock the internal pendulum brake system without having to dismantle the tower.
• For outdoor assemblies, the tower must be secured with slings, wires, rope etc. to prevent movement caused by windy conditions and guarantee maximum stability.
