Set-up access, noise control, power challenges, and unpredictable weather. Let us look at each challenge and demonstrate how pros can remain ahead of the chaos.
1. Power Challenges
The Challenge: Outdoor spaces can lack a steady electrical supply. While there are outlets, they might not be appropriate for professional lighting, sound, or catering equipment needs.
Expert advice: Always verify the power situation in advance. Bring heavy-duty extension cords, power strips, and cable ramps.
2. Unpredictable Weather
The Challenge: Weather is the most unpredictable wild card. From unanticipated wind gusts or heat waves to unexpected downpours, it might throw the entire system off course.
