All handheld microphones are not created equal and we've engineered the WM853 to surpass all other mics in its class. It's a UHF high band system that includes two wireless mics, each with their own power indicators. We've utilized an FM modulation mode to ensure optimal sound quality and cut back on annoying noise distortion, electronic feedback, and static hum. It even has an LCD screen displaying microphone frequencies so you don't have to worry about overlap. Get ready to present just like the pros.
The dynamic microphones have been designed with a Cardioid polar pattern making them unidirectional. This means they will pick up only minimal background noise from directions on either side of the microphone. They're perfect for applications when multiple mics will be used or if you expect a lot of environmental noises that could potentially clutter the sound making the vocals harder to hear. The WM853 is available in five different sets so you can use up to 10 microphones in one location and because of the unidirectional polar pattern, they won't interfere with each other or pick up sounds from other presenters.

That's why we've built the WM853 microphones to broadcast their signals up to 100'! You won't have to worry about straying too far from the system and losing your broadcast at any point. If for some unexpected reason you happen to wander out of the huge service area, a silence circuit cuts static noise. We've even incorporated an auto mute feature reducing unwanted popping.
Microphones aren't just about service area and polar pick up patterns though. You want unrivaled sound reproduction picking up all the highest and lowest frequencies. The WM853 has a response range from 50Hz to 18KHz and a dynamic range of >92dB creating matchless vocal recordings.
