Crane started as a back-of-the-napkin conversation in 2007. After many phone calls, conversations, research and development, feedback and meticulous planning, Crane developed their first prototype for an electronic equipment and device stand.
The very first Crane Stand was crafted of powder-coated steel with the expertise of an aeronautical engineer and the mobile laptop stand was first released in 2008 in Seattle, Washington. It received an overwhelmingly positive response and soon thereafter, hands were shook securing a deal with a large-scale distributor. It wasn’t long until the Crane Stand was in full scale production and the rest, as they say, is history.
Today, Crane continues to offer the highest quality adjustable laptop stand on the market, utilizing superior craftsmanship and sustainable business practices while maintaining a profound commitment to customer service. Numerous product developments are in the pipeline, including a line of accessories, and constant refinement of the original stand for laptops is perpetual.
