Low Price Guarantee - PRICE PROTECTION - Policy Requirements
If a lower price is found you must submit a copy of the advertised lower price via fax or US mail and we will credit your account for the difference. Advertised price must come from an authorized dealer; must be selling the same exact product and model number, must be first quality not a demonstration model, not a B stock or refurbished idjnow_product_2. Dealer must have the item in stock and ready for purchase. Price protection remains in effect for up to 30 days after you order.
What happens if I have a problem with my purchase and/or I need to exchange it?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30 Day Trial/ Exchange period. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, call us within 30 days of receipt of your order and you may exchange your product for any of our other products we offer or we will issue a in-store credit. Specially ordered items or normally non-stocked items are not exchangeable. Sorry, no cash or credit card refunds.

In order to receive full credit, returned merchandise must be in new saleable condition, complete with all packing materials, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and no writing on the boxes. Returned products in any condition other than factory new will be subject to a restocking charge. Additionally, the following merchandise is NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE:
