How much do you charge for shipping?
We ship most packages United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise requested or specifically stated. Every package shipped is normally charged a shipping. This fee is calculated using UPS real time calculation methods. The cost of your package depends upon the weight and destination location. When you "Checkout" on our website the shipping charge is automatically calculated and stated on the checkout page.
Why is there no shipping charge coming up on my order on the Checkout page?
Some items that are bulky and heavy weight require manual calculation to insure that the shipping charge is the most economical available. For example: Large Speakers or Heavy Weight Cases. These products may not be able to be shipped via UPS and can be costly to ship. Therefore, Abracadabra wants to make sure that you are charged a competitive rate and will receive the product in the fastest way possible. When you do not see a shipping charge appear on the checkout page this is probably the case. Abracadabra will e-mail you back with the exact shipping charge of the product you requested. We will not ship your package until we receive your approval for these charges.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
At this time we do not offer Overnight shipping online. Please place your order by phone at 1-800-355-SPIN or In NY call 1-631-655-2300.
Note: most orders received prior to 3:00pm E.S.T. are shipped by the next business day.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
In most cases orders shipped via UPS should arrive within 3-5 business days if you live on the East Coast, and 5 - 10 business days of you live on the West Coast. If you require your product to arrive faster you may elect to have your package shipped via UPS 2nd Day service or 3 day delivery for an additional charge. This amount will be automatically calculated at the point of checkout. Please note that Abracadabra is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier used. * Grundorf Cases might take little longer than usual time frame. Some cases ship from our Midwest warehouse.
When does my order get processed?
Customers within the U.S. who place an order before midnight Eastern Standard Time will be processed for shipment the next business day. Most orders for in-stock products placed after Midnight Eastern Time will be processed for shipment the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.
