When does my order get processed?
Orders that are placed and processed before 10 AM Eastern Time will ship the same day. After 10 AM, the order will be processed the next business day.
What hours is I DJ NOW open?
Our mail order department is open from 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern Monday thru Thursday and 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern on Friday. We are not open on weekends but our automated website can still accomodate your orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I DJ NOW does ship outside of the U.S. We have a separate checkout called International Checkout on our website that converts the currency and gives you an accurate sipping rate.
My order was over $199, why didn't I get free shipping?
I DJ NOW offers free shipping on most orders over $199. This does not include cases, speakers and other bulky items. If you see an item that says free shipping it ships for free. If it qualifies that means the order must be over $199 to get free shipping.
How do I track my package?
For orders placed over the phone, you can call in and one of our reps will be able to provide you with a tracking number. For orders placed on the web, your tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also obtain this from your customer profile on our website.
