How do I place an order?
Just click on the products you would like to buy and hit buy. That product will be placed in your shopping cart and all you have to do is fill out your billing and shipping information and pay.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I DJ NOW accepts PayPal, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders and Western Union Quick Collect. For Western Union Quick Collect our city and state code is ABRA NY.
What happens if my item is not in stock?
If your order happens to be out of stock, an I DJ NOW sales rep will contact you to let you know. Normally, we would advise you of other products available that are comparable.
What if I don't like a product I purchased?
30-Day Return Period ! You have a full thirty days from the date merchandise is received for a refund.
Exceptions to refund policy: Computers & computer software like PCDJ, Serato, Final Scratch, DVDS, all Apple products, Bulbs, Lamps, Liquids for foggers, snow machines, bubble machines and hazers, cables, open fog machines, open snow machines, open cartridges and needles, video projectors, plasma displays, plasma cases, trussing, stages , microphones and headphones. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Special orders are not exchangeable or refundable.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on opened boxes, missing a material that is not returned back in "Like New" and re-saleable condition.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on ALL Grundorf, Gator and Odyssey Cases. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item.
Does I DJ NOW offer installation for bars and nightclubs?
I DJ NOW does offer installation services to all types of venues. If interested, please give us a call and we can set you up with a quote.
Can I demo the products you sell?
If you live within the Tri-State area, you can visit one of our two NY showrooms. We have a location in West Babylon and one in Fresh Meadows.
